To date, Toronto's Marnelle Tokio has authored two quite different books for juveniles.

Her first, More Than You Can Chew is a hardhitting YA novel about a teen girl recovering from anorexia, while the second, Room 207, is a lighthearted romp involving a group of grade 5 students. Although Marnelle was born in St, Catharines, ON, on January 1, 1966, she moved numerous times during her childhood and adolescent years.
